Why a Smart Wallet Makes the Perfect Gift
Most dads love getting new gadgets. I mean, who wouldn’t? I love new gadgets! And nowadays, you can pretty much get a “smart” version of anything. This includes your wallet.
And if it CAN be made smart, well then it SHOULD be made smart! The more things that I can control or track from my phone, the better in my opinion.
Not My Day to Watch It!
When I was a kid and would ask my parents where something of mine was, they would answer, “I don’t know, not my day to watch it!”
I find myself saying this a lot. My kids are 3 and 1 so they don’t know where anything is and I do have to find things for them. But fairly often I am also in charge of where my husband’s things are. Some common things that I have to tell him “not my day” about are his glasses, his keys, and his WALLET.
Even though I say, “Not my day to watch it,” nine times out of ten, I do actually know where it is and end up telling him… but still. He needs more “smart” things that can keep track of themselves.
The thing about guys is they don’t use a purse or a bag. They put their stuff in their pants pocket, then change their pants (eventually) and don’t remember where they left their stuff. My husband either takes it out and sets it in a weird place, or he leaves it in his pocket then can’t find it.
The more things in my husband’s life that can be tracked and/or called from his phone the better. At our house, we’re pretty much attracted to all things that Google Assistant can find or do for us.
